Together we’ll gently shift perspectives that are no longer serving you, nurture beliefs that support and reflect your deeper truths while developing a self love, self care practice that harmonizes every part of your being.

Breath Awareness

Through guided meditations and conscious breathing practices, we will explore and deepen your connection to the sacred medicine of your breath-a force woven into the very fabric of your existence. This gentle yet powerful shift in awareness, can spark profound transformation; mentally, emotionally and spiritually.

Intuitive Touch

Where Intuition meets presence and the body is honored as a sacred vessel. Through intentional, heart-centered contact, we awaken the senses, sooth the nervous system and invite energetic harmony. This practice supports the softening of emotional armor, opens pathways to deepen self-connection and fosters alignment in your physical and energetic bodies.

My work is offered on a sliding scale and I trust you to go within to discover the amount that feels most aligned for you. While most contributions fall between $125-$225 per session, your presence and commitment are what matter most. Every person that feels called to this sacred work will be welcomed as the unique being they are, with care given to their personal needs and circumstances. Before we begin we will have a conversation to find the path of pricing that feels supportive and accessible.
